Morgan Samuels is in the process of recruiting a team of independent contractors to serve as business development partners to our Principals. If you are a recently retired or displaced revenue producing veteran of the retained search industry or a senior HR professional, Morgan Samuels Company is interested in speaking with you about an exciting opportunity to create ongoing income streams for yourself. We want to partner with individuals who have built strong and lasting relationships with business executives during their careers. Our proposed partnership is simple we will pay a percentage of fee revenue for every warm introduction that turns into a client. You would receive a percentage of all professional fees collected from this new client for a period of four years. All execution of searches contracted from these new clients would be handled by Morgan Samuels best-in-class (95 day average close, average of 3 candidates interviewed by client, 34% diversity placement rate, an overall placement rate of 91%, and clients attempt an additional hire on 20% of searches) execution teams.



Requirements:

The ideal profile for candidates we seek to partner with includes:

o Five or more years as a revenue producer within the retained search industry.
o Demonstrated capability of generating at least $500,000 in personally developed revenue per year.
o Average professional fees for revenue generated of a minimum of $90,000 per search.
o 75% of personally developed business from Fortune 1000 companies
