DESCRIPTION

The Human Resources Division seeks a dynamic and highly-detailed Manager of Compensation. This individual will be responsible for managing, implementing and coordinating compensation policies and programs. Conducts market analysis on a variety of compensation related subjects including job evaluations and pricing, base pay and incentive pay practices. Administers compensation programs and manages annual merit increase process. Write diverse compensation communications in a fast paced environment to different audience levels. Manage compensation department allowing for focus and execution of departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5-7 years progressive compensation experience
* Working knowledge of all pay/wage and benefits related laws.
* Balanced focus on compensation strategy, plan development, and hands-on
execution.
* Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills;
* Able to work in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities
* Knowledge of HRIS Systems
* Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel
* Project Management experience
* Problem resolution skills
* Organizational skills
* Customer service skills
* Must Have a Bachelors degree with emphasis in HR, finance or accounting
* Masters degree preferred.
